What improvements?

Of course, my biggest gripe at the moment is that I can no longer render to RIB and use 3Delight 7.0...

That's a minor upgrade, probably including bug fixes such pose bug.

Passing to 3Delight 7 won't be a minor upgrade as it will require to recompile shaders and then new versions of plugins. More likely something which would happen with a 1.9.x or 2.x, or whatever.

This version of 3Delight seems unchanged to me.

Dynamic clothes sounds like another feature. Any problems with plug ins?

No dynamic clothes clothing (yet), actually you might mean Dynamic LOD which means Dynamic Level of Detail. This feature seems to adjust the level of details required according to the distance with camera (a little like 3D game optimizations).

Several plugins such DAZ|Script, Handgrip, FBX export, morph loader, render edit, LIE and probably some others need some updates.

Version of 3Delight is still the same, so it doesn't require any RSL shader compilation (I think of products such pwSurface, Pendragrons AH shaders).

What I'm wondering is how you knew there was a new version, doesn't seem like anyone in the DAZ forums knows :)

Good catch!

Pure luck. :D
Well I assumed that that DAZ might have released something for Easter so people could play with it during the holliday.
